We have escaped an expensive insurance claim relating to a leaking central heating pipe. Remedial works can be carried out inexpensively by us - that's a win win situation and the independant assessor, Ashley, was brilliant - what a lovely guy! We swapped renovation anecdotes over a cuppa while he wrote up the report and printed it on the spot. Cool!
