I finally went for a ride, after Craig at the bike shop sorted out lowering the seat far enough ;0) I can highly recommend the bike shop in Derby for excellent customer service and value for money. Jodie was giving me advice, she said she'd be my cycling instructor - I haven't ridden a bike for 28 years! So relieved not to embarrass myself in front of her, and the neighbours!! The sun was getting low in the sky and cast a great stretched out shadow, brilliant.
