I don't like these little guys, they fight mean. We have a lot of them in our back garden, building nests. They're hard to kill, and if they bite you really know about it - the kids scream. I would rather have double the number of smaller black ants that mind their own business and just run around fast if you annoy them.

Its daffodil season, I love daffodils, I have them in an old-fashioned cream jug on my kitchen windowsill as much as possible while they're available at this time of year. Its like having my own personal ray of sunshine and they lift my spirits as the weather shows promise of improving. Taken with the 105 macro, enhanced in Ps with Topaz plugin.
